Q:How To Signing up for a VOFFOV Online Account?

  • Go to: https://www.voffov.com/
  • Click on “My Account” icon at the top right of the page.
  • Select option “Create Account”.
  • Enter your First Name, Last Name, and e-mail address.
  • Choose your password, enter it, and confirm it.
  • Click on “Create Account”.

Q:Can I Shopping If I Do Not Have An Account?

Sure. Yes, you could.

Accounts are optional when you check out. You can buy products if you do not have an account on VOFFOV.COM.

However you must enter phone number when you fill in Shipping Address, so that we can contact you before ship out your order.

Q:Do I Need To Pay VAT?

Products Price listed on VOFFOV inclusive of VAT, you do not need pay extra product VAT.

Shipping Fee Frice shown in Checkout Page also include VAT, you do not need pay extra local shipping VAT.

PAYMENT FAQS

What are the different payment options that VOFFOV provides?

Following are the payment options currently available:

  • Online using Visa, Mastercard and JCB card and more credit card
  • Bank Deposit before delivery
  • Cash on delivery (upto AED 2800/- for chairs only)
  • In store payment

Do you offer payment on delivery options?

Currently we offer payment on delivery options for orders up to AED 2800 and for office chairs (benches and sofas are not covered) only. The delivery representative will hand over the item only once they receive full payment in cash against the order.

For delivery and assembly over AED 2800 and for other products, payment must be completed prior to delivery.

Q:Is there any additionals fees if I pay by credit card online?

It depends.

Most banks will not charge additional fees.

While few banks may charge credit card holders a cross-boarder fee.

The cross-boarder fee charged by some banks is added to the amount of items paid by the consumer and is reflected on the bill.

Some banks display two statements separately.

Different banks will have different regulations and fee ratios.

This is charged by the card issuing bank.

Consumers can call credit card issuing bank for more information.

Can I open the carton before making payment on delivery?

Yes, you can open the carton but however our delivery team will not assemble the product till payment is handed over. In certain cases, our team may pre-assemble the item before delivery at which case you may hand over the payment on visual inspection of the product.

Can I refuse to sign and pay for the COD order?

Yes, you could.

But we will charge you shipping fee If the product is not faulty, (i.e. if you changed your mind or if you are unhappy with the product for some other reason), the cost of shipping will fall on you.

 

And it is your responsibility that the package arrives safely to us so we recommend that you use a courier service where it is possible to track the shipment.

What are the payment options before delivery?

Here we offer 2 payment options

  • Credit card before delivery – You may pay by credit card online when you place order on VOFFOV.COM. Order will

    be processed for delivery once card transaction is complete and payment is successful. Alternatively you may

    complete the payment at our store in Dubai, UAE.

  • Bank Deposit - You may pay by bank deposit after you place order on VOFFOV.COM. Order will

    be processed for delivery once BANK DEPOSIT transaction is complete and payment is successful. Alternatively you

    May complete the payment at our store in Dubai, UAE.

We urge our customers to complete the payment online to avoid delays in delivery

Do you offer partial payment option?

For our items available in stock and ready for immediate delivery we do not offer part pay option.

Is there a shipping charge for Cash on Delivery?

You will find shipping charge for cash on delivery before submit your order. However cash on delivery transactions is restricted to an amount of AED 2800/- per order and for office chairs only. If your order consists of items other than office chairs or also a combination of items that include office chairs, these will not be eligible for cash on delivery.

Do you ship to Hatta, Ruwais and Western Region Abu Dhabi?

Yes, at this time VOFFOV can ship accross United Arab Emirates. We may deliver order to you at a specific time of the day according to your specific delivery address.

Note: During sales or peak seasons (such as Black Friday) shipping speeds can be delayed past the stated ones. Please note that the shipping speed is only an estimate, we do not have control of any carrier-related delays.

Why did my order come in multiple boxes or from multiple carriers?

We may ship your order to you in multiple boxes or via multiple carriers due to:

  The order size - large orders often are split into multiple boxes for more efficient delivery.

  The chair's storage location - some chairs will come to you from our different warehouses.

ORDER FAQS

Where is my order?

Please allow up to 3 business days to process an order. Once an order is processed and shipped, it can take 5-7 business days to be delivered(Order shipped to Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, Ras al-Khaimah, Umm-al-Quwain may take 7 to 10 days). But sometimes, for reasons beyond our control, we will make notes about the estimated shipping time on the product pages.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes! You can find your tracking number by checking your emails for order notifications from the website, or by logging into your account and viewing your order for the latest tracking information. If you find your order has not been delivered in this time window, please email us at info@voffov.com with your order number so we could further assist you.

Why is the tracking number not working?

If your tracking number doesn't work, it could be that your shipping hasn't been picked up yet by the courier or the courier has not scanned it as received.
For COVID-19 outbreak, the couriers and trucks are very limited which has delayed the processing a lot. Please allow up to 5 working days for your tracking number to be logged by the shipping courier.

Why was an item on my order canceled and will I be charged?

While we do our best to fulfill all of our orders, occasionally we have to cancel an item on an order due to inventory stock shortage. You will receive a separate email letting you know about this cancellation and your credit card will not be charged.

Where can I find the size of the chair?

Does my seat come fully assembled?

No, our chairs will arrive with easy to follow assembly instructions.

Our VOFFOV Chair can be easily assembled within a couple of minutes! For each product you purchase, you will receive a paper installation instruction manual in the package you receive.

If you need an extra hand, we can provide a service for the assembly of your furniture in your office or home. Our professionals will carefully follow the instructions and will make sure that all the safety aspects of the building process are rigorously respected. When we’re finished, we take all the packaging with us and we make sure that everything is recycled properly.

How do I take care of my VOFFOV Chair?

While we designed VOFFOV Chair to be durable, that doesn't mean you should abuse it or neglect taking care of it. If there are stains on the surface o the chair, apply some polish on a soft towel and rub the stains until they dissolve. Do not apply the polish directly to the chair. What features does your ergonomic office chairs possess?

Swivel - Our ergonomic chair can easily rotate so the user can reach different areas of his or her desk without straining.

Armrest - Our chair's armrests are adjustable. (1D / 3D / 4D / 6D Linkage Armrest)

Backrest - Our chair's backrest is separate from the seat, some chair style is adjustable in height and angle.

Seat Material - The material on our chair seat and back has enough padding to be comfortable to sit on for extended periods of time.

Seat Height - Most our chair’s seat height is easily adjustable.

Seat Width and Depth - Our seat has enough width and depth to support any user comfortably. Most our seat’s forward/backward tilt is adjustable.

Lumbar Support - The lumbar spine has an inward curve and sitting for long periods without support for this curve tends to lead to slouching (which flattens the natural curve) and strains the structures in the lower spine.
